StretchLab exclusively provides one-on-one assisted stretching services in an open-concept, fun environment. Stretching, especially when done consistently and effectively by a trained professional, can help increase mobility, decrease the risk of injury, and improve sports performance.
Sessions are 15 minutes, with only five (5) spots available each day, pre-schedule through Wellness Lounge.

Park City Song Summit goes beyond an intimate music experience. It’s also about mental health, wellness and addiction recovery. Artists and guests can take part in recovery hangs, yoga sessions, hiking, biking, afternoon re-centering, and many other wellness activities.
