Cranio-sacral therapy is a technique that utilizes the subtle movements and fluids that run through the body. Through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This practice removes blockages from flow, enhancing the body’s healing ability and will assist in balancing the hemispheres of the body and brain and felt in the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual body.
